![]() ![]() ![]() Story found that it was clear from history and the preamble of the Constitution that the federal power was given directly by the people and not by the states. Boss dmg% line, which has much higher value than dmg% line (BossDmg 30% vs Dmg 9%), has enough increase to make up for it, so it is also picked as your prime line.Story first confronted the argument that federal judicial power came from the states, and therefore that the Supreme Court had no right to overrule a state's interpretation of the treaty without its consent. That's why Att/M.Att% is your prime pot line. Dmg%, on the other hand, has several sources as most of the buffs and link skills increase your dmg%. In addition, there are only 3 gears (weapon, secondary, and emblem) where you can get Att/M.Att%, and there are only a very few buffs that increases your Att/M.Att% (the reason why everyone loves WildHunter's Howling). So at the end of the day, your Dmg% in this equation will most often be higher than Att/Matt% when you're mobbing or bossing. When you're bossing, your BossDmg% is added to the Dmg% in the equation above, so it will be even bigger. When you're mobbing, you will have even more damage% buff from mobbing link skills and "damage% against normal monster" event buffs. ![]() Notice how I bolded visible above? It's because there are stuffs that increases your Dmg% that is invisible to the stat screen (conditional dmg% link skills, party debuffs, party buffs, or your own skill that gives you Dmg% under certain conditions). HOWEVER, this doesn't mean that you should choose Damage% over Att/M.Att line. ![]() The lower "before" values will give you much higher increase in the final value when they increase (i.e, increasing from 30% to 60% is 2x increase, but 1000% to 1030% is 1.03x increase). So your damage increasing more with Dmg% means that you had lower visible Dmg% than your Att/M.Att%. Z x (1+Att/M.attk%) x (1+Dmg%) = Damage, where Z are all the other things that we don't have to talk about here To put it simply, the damage on your stat screen (the ATT increase) is calculated this way This is going to be math gibberish so bear with me. ![]()
